“I purchased a Trane XL20i from Millian-Aire in 12/2010. I no problems the first few months and noticed a significant drop in my A/C-heating bills, which made the purchase start to pay off immediately. I had a routine maintenance performed on 04/17/2012 at a cost of $69.99. On May 15th, less than a month later I experienced a cooling/thermostat problem, which a service person was dispatched the same day. Next day, May 16th, same problem and a different tech arrived to diagnose the situation. The service tech’s name was “ALAN” and he went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to assure me that he would resolve the problem once and for all, and he did.
He was SO professional, knowledgeable and sincere. Alan worked long and hard to make sure everything was in the proper working order and that I was completely satisfied. There was no charge for either service call.
Unfortunately I encountered a similar problem 10-09-2012 and within hours Millian-Aire dispatched “ALAN” to resolve my incident. Again, Alan took a “personal-like” attitude to resolve the problem and would not quit or wrap it up without HIS, as well as my satisfaction that all was well. I am 100% satisfied with Millian-Aire, their staff and especially the technician, Alan, that I signed up for their “Millian-Aire Club” that will provide me with scheduled semi-annual maintenance and several additional worth while benefits. I can without hesitation recommend this company 100%! They go out of their way to make the customer 100% satisfied, and that is what it is all about anyway. The product speaks for itself, but the company makes or breaks the relationship with the customer “after” the sale. Millian-Aire is without doubt, customer oriented and at your service! I highly recommend Millian-Aire!”
