They have worked diligently and were very apologetic they were not able to complete the entire job due to the weather and missing parts.

We had your company install an air conditioner on Tuesday, March 16. I want to thank you for a very pleasant experience!
From thhe very start we have had great service. When your salesman John, came to first talk to me about your product I felt he was trying to educate me, not just sell your product. I had no clue what SEERS were!
Your company sent Jeremy and Ben to install the system. Those two young men were awesome! When I came home they were working so hard. I was impressed that they cared enough to replace some ductape that was bad. It wa not part of the agreement, but they made it clear that the piece was in bad repair. I commend them for taking the extra time to do that, I would not have known any differently if they just overlooked it. That is the way business SHOULD be conducted, but is usually not. They did a great job cleaning everythng up and were here well past the time I expected, making sure that every detail was completed! KUDOS TO BOTH OF THEM!!!

We wanted to again say thank you to your company and the service technician that came for our routine service call on 2/10/04.
It was a relief and a comfort to see that the service tech that came to our home (James) was the same one that had been here on 6/24/04. One of the things we have seen here in Florida is that many companies do not keep the same employees year after year. Returning employees was something we were very used to before we moved to Florida.
James got right to work and had remembered to bring the filter we had discussed in June. Once again he was as personable and knowledgable as he had been in June.
