Millian Aire Enterprises, Corp.. has been a family owned-and-operated HVAC-R Company for over 30 years.  Headquartered in Hudson, Florida, Millian Aire now extends across the country and is registered to work in over 40 states. Residential work is based in the Tampa Bay area, where Millian Aire is the only Trane Flagship Dealer.

The ideal candidate will be a professional who excels at building relationships with customers. They drive their own referrals through a network of clients that they build. The Sales Representative can access current HVAC issues for their clients and suggest replacement options to improve efficiency and effectiveness. They can effectively communicate between the client and office staff. This position will report to the Residential Sales Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Build an effective network of potential customers to drive referral business to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
  • Drive sales cycle from initial customer engagement through completion of sale
  • Verify and coordinate HVAC building code compliance
  • Clearly communicate ideas and expectations of problems to customers and coworkers
  • Consult with prospect about building challenges and requirements – as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each
  • Investigate existing building HVAC systems to make repair and replace recommendations
  • Acquire commercial and residential planned maintenance agreements
  • Calculate equipment efficiency and operating costs
  • Writing work order for projects sold
  • Coordinate and remain current on all local utility programs
  • Converse with facilities engineers, building owners and homeowners, and general contractors
  • Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
  • Run after-hours calls as required
  • Other duties as Assigned

 Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to learn and use sales software
  • Ability to climb ladders and move around attics
  • HVAC experience a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Position pay range

  • Weekly, based on skills, experience, performance, and on-going training attendance
